As a Naturopathic Doctor and Acupuncturist, my mission is to provide holistic natural care and advise focusing on the whole person. My own early experiences with my personal and family members’ health issues helped to shape my ideas about the importance of seeking interventions with the least risk and the greatest chance of benefit. I also became a believer in the power of a therapeutic partnership between a client and her doctor; a relationship designed to promote balance, creativity, optimal health and wellness in each individual. My goals include empowering people through education and guiding them to make the best choices for themselves. I use lifestyle and nutritional advice, quality supplements, herbal medicine, functional medicine testing (when available by state) with my clients. have enjoyed helping people improve their fertility, adrenal, thyroid, menopause, women’s and men’s health, digestive, skin, stress, autoimmune, musculoskeletal and other health issues.  I have additional training and experience in Mold Illness recovery, Acupuncture and patented Chinese herbal medicines, Bio-therapeutic Drainage, Bio-identical Hormone Replacement Therapy, SIBO/IMO digestive disorders and hypnotherapy.
